Policies & payment

Cancellation & No-Shows

Appointments: A 50% cancellation fee applies; we refund the remaining 50%. No-shows receive no refund or credit.

Packages: A $30 charge applies to cancellations (session is not lost from your package). A $30 charge applies to no-shows, and the missed session is lost from the package.

Booking Notes

Four-Play packages are available if you want to book multiple visits in advance without committing to a recurring plan.

If you are deciding between session lengths, start with 25 minutes for a quick reset or 50 minutes for a fuller wind-down.

Arrival & Walk-Ins

Your confirmation includes the arrival or travel details for your selected Tickle Tech.

All experiences are appointment-only. Walk-ins are not available.

How much to tip?

For a 50-minute Tickle, $7–$10 is a recommended appreciation amount, though never required. $4–$8 for a 25-minute Tickle.
